Entering Agriculture

Establishing Chengdu Golden Raven Technology

Chengdu Golden Raven Technology Co., Ltd. was established as the foundation for manufacturing development and international business expansion. The company marked an important transition from trading activities toward manufacturing participation and industrial development, with increasing focus on technical phosphates, plant nutrition products and long-term value creation. This step laid the groundwork for future specialization in technical phosphates, including MKP, TMAP, TDAP and UP.

Beginning Strategic Cooperation with Kelewell

Golden Raven began strategic cooperation with Kelewell, creating new opportunities for international collaboration, market development and agricultural innovation. This partnership strengthened the Group’s international business capabilities and accelerated its development in Europe, global supply chain management and agricultural market expansion.

Establishing Golden Raven K.K.

Golden Raven H.K. Co., Limited was established in Hong Kong to strengthen international trade operations and support global business development. The company was created to provide greater flexibility in international transactions while improving supply chain coordination, compliance support and global market connectivity. Today, it serves as an important bridge connecting manufacturing resources, international customers and global supply chain partners.

Establishing ErdeVitalis Agrotech

ErdeVitalis Agrotech (Sichuan) Co., Ltd. was established as a platform dedicated to agricultural innovation, international brand localization and market development. The creation of ErdeVitalis Agrotech reflected a broader vision: agriculture requires more than products alone. Knowledge, innovation, education and market understanding are equally important components of long-term agricultural development.

2024

Expanding Manufacturing Through Zunyi Base

The Group expanded its manufacturing network through strategic cooperation and production resources associated with the Zunyi Production Base. The facility strengthened capabilities in NPK water-soluble fertilizers, customized crop nutrition solutions and professional agricultural formulations, supporting growing demand from both domestic and international markets. This expansion represented another step toward a more integrated agricultural value chain linking manufacturing, product development and market requirements.

2025

Developing the Dazhou Production Base

The Dazhou Production Base was developed to support consumer-oriented agricultural products, private-label manufacturing and future brand incubation initiatives. The facility reflects Golden Raven’s belief that professional agricultural knowledge can be transformed into practical products that are accessible to a wider audience. This expansion also created new opportunities in consumer gardening, e-commerce development and future brand growth.
